Our charters are inclusive of a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of non-alcoholic refreshments. The exact offerings depend on the service — for example, sunset voyages provide premium drinks and light snacks, whereas corporate charters feature business equipped amenities and catering tailored for business settings.
When should I secure my booking?
To guarantee a reservation, it's best to book 2–3 weeks in advance, with the busiest season being May–September. For company gatherings and private events, organizing 4–6 weeks prior secures better vessel choice and allows sufficient time for any personal touches.
What's the procedure if the weather is unsuitable?
Your safety is our main concern. In case our captain judges the weather to be hazardous, there's the option to reschedule to a more suitable date or to receive a complete reimbursement. We actively monitor meteorological conditions and will reach out to you with an update 24 hours ahead of your planned departure if the forecast seems uncertain.
Am I allowed to bring personal food and drinks?
Indeed, personal food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. We also offer superb dining services that can be tailored to your liking. For everyone's safety, please note glass containers are not allowed on board.

What are your terms for cancellation?
A cancellation notice given at least 72 hours before departure is eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24 and 72 hours before the trip will receive a 50% reimbursement. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable unless there are extreme weather conditions or mechanical failures on our part.
